Things to Do
Newly engaged?

Wedding Website
Launch a website specifically for your wedding to keep guests up-to-date with registry details, lodging information, directions to the event and more.

Wedding Notebook
Save your sanity by creating a personalized wedding planning notebook to keep all your vendor information, inspirations, notes and reminders in one place.

Engagement Announcements
Tell the world the good news soon after you are engaged. Include information about the bride and groom, the parents’ names, as well as when the wedding is planned.

Engagement Party Invitations
Time to celebrate the upcoming nuptials with your friends and family! Include where and when the party will take place on your invitations.

Six months before your wedding

Save-the-Date Cards or Magnets
Help guests plan for your big day. These are especially helpful for out-of-town guests. Remember to include your names, wedding date, location and lodging information.

Two to four months before your wedding

Wedding Invitations
Send to everyone who received a save-the-date magnet or card. Order about 25% more than the number of guests you’re inviting to allow for last minute additions and invitations that get lost in the mail. Mail two to three months before the wedding.

RSVP Cards
RSVP cards let you know if invited guests will be able to attend. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope and make sure to list an RSVP deadline. Order and mail these directly with your invitations.

Accommodation/Direction Enclosures
Invitation enclosures provide extra information to help guests navigate and arrange for accommodations. Order and send with your wedding invitations.

Reception Cards
Include reception cards with your invitation if the ceremony and reception will take place at different locations. Be sure to order and send with your wedding invitations.

One month before your wedding

Bachelor Party Invitations
Is your best man ready to live up to his title? Make sure these invites are sent out at least a month before the event. Include where and when it will take place, as well as any other necessary information.

Bridal Shower/Bachelorette Party Invitations
Ensure that your maid of honor is ready. The invites should be sent out at least a month in advance of the event. Include where and when it will take place, and any other relevant information.

Rehearsal Dinner Invitations
Mail these at least a month in advance. Include where and when it will take place.

Menu Cards
A single card placed at the guest’s seat that lists all parts of the meal. Order them as soon as your menu is finalized.

Place Cards/Escort Cards
Inform guests which chair or table is reserved for them to sit. Order at least a month before the wedding day. Be sure they match your menus and wedding stationery.

Programs
Include a description of the ceremony such as the names of the bridal party, the order of events, and the titles of readings and songs. Order at least a month before the wedding.

After the wedding…

Thank You Cards
Handwritten notes on personalized stationery thanking guests for their gifts and presence at your wedding or shower are the perfect touch. Etiquette states that you should mail within two weeks of a shower or two months after your wedding.

Wedding Announcements
A great way to let friends and family not invited to the wedding know that you’ve made it official. Consider uploading a picture from the wedding for a personal effect.

Photo Books
Show off your big day on-the-go with a wedding photo book filled with great memories.

Return Address Labels
Time to order address labels with your new name and address! Great for thank you notes and wedding announcements.

Moving Announcements
Stay in touch and keep relatives informed with cards announcing your new address.
